The Finance Shop 2010 is the latest release of Australia's leading Finance and Lease Management Software and is now
available. It includes significant new features and changes in the following areas:
- New SmartLodge support - you can now electronically submit applications to the Bank of Queensland
- New module for MYOB Card Integration (sold separately)
- New Goods Asset Category for Boats
- New Quote Facilities - you can now print quotes without needing to create a client/prospect
- Improved support for Comments and Follow Up
- New broker security on Mail Merge and Report Criteria
- New colour coded Client Application List
- New Service Provider support for 'Insurance Broker'
- Full support for Microsoft SQL Server 2008
- Full support for Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008 R2
- Significant performance enhancements with Microsoft SQL Server 2008
- Dozens of improvements to existing functionality, providing enhanced productivity and efficiency
All clients with a current Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) agreement will automatically receive the new version via mail.

Christmas Closedown 2009
CSG Software's offices will be closed from Thursday, December 24 and will reopen on Monday, January 4.
Support staff will be on call and available for priority support throughout the Christmas and New Year period.

Compatibility for Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2
Clients are advised that TFS 7.0 is certified as compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2. Users of earlier TFS versions must upgrade to use these new operating systems.

The Finance Shop 2009 Version 6.0 - R2 is the latest release of Australia's leading Finance and Lease Management Software and is now available as of July 1, 2009.

MYOB Integration
TFS 2009 Version 6.0 due for release in June will include a new optional module for integrating with the popular accounting system MYOB.
Detailed information on the features of this new module will be made available when the new version is officially released.

TFS Training 2009
In 2009 CSG Software will be hosting hands-on training sessions for The Finance Shop (TFS).
Training sessions provide an excellent opportunity to get the most from your TFS investment, providing an excellent
opportunity to expand your current knowledge.
For clients in the Melbourne area, monthly training sessions are available at our Oakleigh office.
Interstate clients seeking training should register their interest with us for training to be held in your city.
Additionally, company specific sessions are available on request.

Financier Integration in 2009
We need your help to expand the SmartLodge and SmartDocs features of TFS. Lenders are deferring more
and more work to brokers with little or no remuneration. Many that still require brokers to generate
documents are increasing their "Doc Fees"! Only through broker demands will this situation change.
Please raise these issues with your lenders and their representatives. Convey how much easier it would
be to lodge deals automatically from within TFS, or produce documentation at the click of a button.
